Great all year house with lots of winter activities nearby. Beautiful in the Fall and the Spring. Only minutes from the Route 3 & 495.. 39 minutes from Boston. Feel like you're in Maine without the drive. Get deliveries from Uber eats & many restaurants. Kids will enjoy extensive activities. High demand loc.

I cannot thank Tony and his team enough for making our stay in Groton so special. The house was one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in on this app. Everything was clean, organized, neat, well laid out. Everything was so thoughtfully put together.

BrentStayed June 2024 · Sweet Sand Lake HouseWonderful vacation house! Everything is in great condition, even better than described. Very considerable kitchen, electric, pool and stereo system. There is enough space for a big family gathering.
Our family's stay at Tony's property was truly magical! As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. Our children enjoyed the array of activities on hand and there wasn't a dull moment.
