Comfortable and private space with a fun and friendly host! Location is great, on the edge of Forge Pond… very serene and the back deck is a nice plus. Kristin couldn’t have been more accommodating for us.

Awesome property! Kristin was very communicative and easygoing. Our bedroom and the common spaces (bathroom and kitchen) were all clean, well-decorated and cozy.

Kristin’s place was a last minute find for me while in a jam. I had never rented a shared space before and I was a little weary, but the convenience in location was too good to pass up.

My wife & I needed a place to stay for a night during our trip celebrating America's 250th Birthday. After a long day touring around Boston on the Freedom Trail seeing so much history, we found Kristin's lovely place.

Cozy room with a comfortable bed. The backyard patio is great with a view of the lake. Bathroom is shared with other tenants but is clean and well kept. Kristin is a welcoming host, responsive and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s… …..As soon as we parked , we realized how quiet the neighborhood was. The room and house are lovely, and we didn’t have an issue with having a shared bathroom.

Kristen is a wonderful host. I needed a quick response as I was trying to get off the highway for an unscheduled rest. Kristen really came through for me and the stay was comfortable and quiet.
