Convenient location and parking, room is comfortable and cool (no AC in common areas). Vickie communicated well and replaced the smoke detector battery after I notified her that it cheeped throughout the night.

SuziStayed August 2021 · Lowell◈③ ⋆CrossPointKronos⋆ShoppingPlazaVikie is a great host, I booked her room at very late time on the same day. Her instruction of how to get in the room was perfect.
Vickie was a fantastic hostess. The house had excellent security, was close to amenities, and she was very mindful, conscientious, and caring during my stay.
